Daydreamer

I live deep inside my dreamy head

Where fantasy is real and reality is dead

And I’ve forgotten all the tears I’ve shed

From all the evil things he’s said

A place only I know could exist

Where words hit hard like a steel fist

Where he and I never kissed

And my love in no way goes dismissed

A beautiful world where I can be weird

Where all hate has disappeared

And my true wildness isn’t feared

My pure self can’t be interfered

An imaginary life of happy lies

With hidden truths in a sweet disguise

Where something forms from the simplest of hi’s

And a man finds his answers in my eyes

When stars flicker just for us and nights never have to end

Is it really so wrong for me to pretend?

Stardusted Dreams

Eager whispers seek the moon

From timid tongues riddled with secrets

Undeniable cravings

Desperate to be worn by constellations

Draping the night sky

Hungry with a wanderlust

To sail along this atmosphere

To reach beyond this galaxy

If only to be cradled

By the one who bathes in fantasies

This mysterious dream giver

How she dangles our every lust

She sprinkles a peek only

When our eyes are surely shut

And so we bleed desire

From our hearts up to the heavens

Most of my pieces do not rhyme, that happens to be my favorite way to write

The Magic of Meadows

IMG_20170326_220211_678

Tell me the secrets of the meadow little ladybug 🐞

Take me among the forest fairies

The ones who parade in petals and bathe in magic

Who dip their wings in fallen stardust

Lead me to the wild ones

Who paint their bodies from sweet berries and chant to the full moon

For that is where I belong

They are my tribe
